Duck breast from la Ferme du Gubernat, nut crumble, smoked bacon, chorizo and onions, Confit chevil roots. Duck and wine gravy.
Hot chocolate and raspberry creamy cake, raspberry sherbet , crunchy shortbread and salted butter caramel sauce.
